Singapore
Deliveries to Singapore are managed by our affiliate courier services. Different courier might be deployed depending on items in your order.

International
Different shipping methods are available depending on your shipping destination. Make sure you select your destination at checkout to view the correct pricing, delivery times and shipping costs.

All shipments are insured against theft and accidental damage. This insurance coverage ceases once the shipment and a written acknowledgement of receipt have been received.

Please be aware that we cannot deliver to post office boxes. In the case of partial shipments, shipping costs will be charged only once.

We process and send orders during our main service hours, 10:00 am until 6:00 pm SGT, from Monday to Friday. Kindly note that we do not operate on public holidays. Your order will be ready for dispatch one business day after the receipt of payment, at the latest. If this were to differ for your order, we will inform you at checkout.

Singapore
Shipping within Singapore is free of charge (may subjected to changes). Delivery Time will be approx. 3 to 5 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays). During peak seasons, we may experience a slight delay of few working days.

International

If the delivery times for your order differ from those shown, we will inform you at checkout. Please also be aware that shipping times can vary depending on customs clearance.

As soon as we have shipped your order, you will receive an email with the tracking number for your parcel. You can check the status of your shipment one to two hours after receiving the email by using the link provided.

Depending on the status of your order, it may be possible to cancel an item or request a different size for an item you have already purchased. Please note, we’re unable to cancel or add an item to an existing order once it has been processed.

If you need to make any amendments to your order, please contact our Customer Care Team as soon as possible and we’ll see what we can do.

Damage / Defective Items If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact our Customer Care Team within 10 days of purchase. After 10 days, we will attempt to assist with repairs and/or obtaining replacement hardware but are unable to provide a replacement or refund for an unrepairable product.

Exchange We will do our best to assist you in choosing the right size. Please kindly contact our Styling Team for size enquires. As we only have very limited stock, we sincerely apologize that we do not accept exchanges for most cases in order to make sure that all our customers receive new premium-quality products from us.
